1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between Kriya11 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and anyone using the platform ("you", "member"). By accessing or using Kriya11's website, mobile app, or any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

The following rules apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on Kriya11:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement (rollover requirement).
• The welcome bonus is for new members only and can be claimed once per person.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is still active.
• Bonuses that reach their expiry date will be automatically cancelled.

12 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Cyberattacks against Kriya11 or any other member.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Kriya11 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Extended inactivity (12 months).
• At your own request.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any withdrawable balance will be returned to you, but any bonus balance will be cancelled.
